You have a strong analytical mindset with a degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field, or you possess demonstrated analytical and technical experience. You are adept at structuring and breaking down complex problems, and you thrive in environments where data-driven decision-making is key. Your commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement drives you to seek innovative solutions. You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and have a passion for understanding complex business and marketplace dynamics. You are comfortable interfacing with company leadership to present insights and recommendations that can influence strategic decisions.
Desirable
Experience with performance marketing or bidding strategies is a plus, as is familiarity with automation tools for operations and reporting. A background in the insurance industry or knowledge of marketplace dynamics would also be beneficial.
What you'll do
In this role, you will analyze performance metrics and trends to identify opportunities for business growth. What we offer

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $65,000 to $80,000, with starting salaries typically in the lower part of this range. Employees may also be eligible for variable compensation or equity programs based on their specific roles and responsibilities.
