EverQuote is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Accounts to develop strategic relationships with insurance carrier partners and drive revenue growth. This role requires a background in data-driven account management and managing complex enterprise relationships.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within high-growth environments. With at least 5 years of experience, you excel at building and maintaining relationships with senior executives and key business leaders. Your data-driven approach allows you to make informed decisions that drive substantial revenue growth. You are adept at managing complex enterprise relationships and understand the nuances of strategic partnerships in the insurance industry. You thrive in collaborative settings, working cross-functionally with teams such as Product and Analytics to achieve common goals. Your leadership skills enable you to guide your team effectively while fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
Desirable
Experience in the insurance sector is a plus, as is familiarity with data analytics tools that can enhance your strategic decision-making. You are comfortable navigating the challenges of a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. A background in marketing or business development can also be beneficial, as it complements your account management expertise.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies for accelerating growth across your assigned portfolio of enterprise accounts. You will drive revenue growth by exceeding all performance metrics and growth targets through key account expansion. Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with senior executives within partner organizations will be crucial to your success. You will collaborate closely with internal departments, including Product and Analytics, to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives. Your ability to lead cross-functional teams will be essential as you work to elevate EverQuote's position from a marketing company to a strategic growth partner for insurance providers.
What we offer
EverQuote offers a competitive salary range of $110,250 to $150,000 for this full-time position, with starting salaries typically in the lower part of this range. Employees may also be eligible for variable compensation or equity programs based on their specific roles and responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, allowing for flexibility while still fostering collaboration with your team.
