What you'll do
As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager at Frontify, you will be responsible for managing relationships with some of our most valued enterprise customers in North America. Your mission is to act as a trusted advisor, helping clients leverage Frontifyβs brand platform to enhance their brand management processes. You will work closely with our Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
You will identify new growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to expand our footprint in the enterprise market. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions that drive value. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client feedback is integrated into our product development and service offerings.
