Who you are
You are an engaging Senior Account Manager with a knack for acting as your client's advocate and unofficial consultant. You have the ability to leverage powerful open data tools to help clients achieve their business objectives. Your personable and analytical nature allows you to implement customized software projects while fostering strong relationships that lead to contract renewals and expansions.
As a self-motivated and energetic sales professional, you thrive in team environments and are always willing to pitch in wherever necessary to support both clients and the company. You possess the confidence and poise to communicate effectively at all levels, whether discussing technical details or policy implications. Your preference for data-driven insights over anecdotal evidence drives your decision-making process, and you are comfortable discussing data, technology, and current events.
What you'll do
In this role, you will ensure that clients are fully utilizing the product to meet their overall business objectives. You will work closely with the Account Management team to understand client goals and highlight workflows that help achieve those goals. Your efforts will encourage successful adoption of the platform across all client users, turning clients into champions of FiscalNote.
You will incorporate valuable client insights into the product development process, collaborating with Business Development and Marketing to relay successful use cases. Your ability to intelligently address any issue a client may present will be key to your success. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for contract expansion.
What we offer
FiscalNote offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $94,000 per year, along with a dynamic work environment that fosters collaboration and innovation. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team dedicated to understanding and meeting client needs.
