What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the discovery phase for a B2B Enterprise initiative, focusing on a platform that insurance carriers use to grow their business. You will work closely with your agile team to deliver high-quality solutions that enable self-service users and internal teams to operate with greater efficiency and clarity. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, creating user personas, and developing user journey maps to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. You will collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure that your designs are feasible and aligned with technical constraints.
