Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will sit with each team to identify inefficiencies and develop strategies to automate them. You will partner closely with various teams, including ML researchers and engineers, to streamline operations and enhance productivity. Your focus will be on creatively solving problems and optimizing workflows, ensuring that every part of the company runs as efficiently as possible. You will be responsible for implementing automation solutions that significantly reduce operational delays and improve overall performance.

You will also be tasked with monitoring the effectiveness of the automation processes you implement, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance. Your role will involve a mix of hands-on coding and strategic planning, allowing you to leverage your technical skills while also contributing to the broader operational strategy of the company. You will be expected to stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and automation technologies, continuously seeking ways to integrate these innovations into your work.
