Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in business operations, ideally with 3+ years of experience in a similar role at a successful startup. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to build dashboards and track KPIs effectively. You understand the intricacies of sales processes and have a knack for optimizing workflows to enhance team productivity.
Your experience includes managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts, ensuring that partnerships align with business goals. You are comfortable creating materials that resonate with enterprise customers, including RFP responses and executive presentations. A technical background in engineering, data science, or product management is a plus, as it helps you navigate the AI/ML landscape.
What you'll do
In this role, you will optimize sales and customer success processes, streamlining workflows and improving conversion rates. You will analyze performance across the business, providing actionable insights to leadership and identifying growth opportunities. Supporting vendor relationships will be a key part of your responsibilities, where you will manage partnerships and negotiate contracts to support GTM initiatives.
You will also create materials to win enterprise customers, developing RFP responses, security questionnaires, and custom proposals for large deals. Owning revenue operations, you will maintain the sales funnel, improve forecast accuracy, and optimize the CRM and sales stack. Additionally, you will drive growth experiments, designing and executing A/B tests to refine strategies and enhance customer engagement.
