You have 1–3 years of experience in operations, consulting, or a fast-paced startup environment — you've tackled ambiguous problems using structured approaches and are comfortable working across functions and with senior stakeholders. You are excited about improving healthcare operations and building scalable systems, and you thrive in environments where you can make a significant impact.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support improvements to processes, tools, and team workflows. You will help assess the current state, identify gaps, and track execution to ensure that projects are moving forward effectively. You will own workstreams within cross-functional initiatives, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering clear outputs that align with the company's strategic goals.

You will also be involved in operational analysis, providing insights that help shape the direction of the company. Your work will directly support the leadership team, including the CEO, as you contribute to both internal operations and external go-to-market strategies. This is a unique opportunity to be the connective tissue across the organization, turning insight into action and chaos into structure.
