Who you are
You have 3-4 years of experience at a top consulting firm, investment bank, private equity fund, or high-growth startup — you've developed exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities that allow you to thrive in ambiguous environments. Your strong data analysis and financial modeling skills enable you to inform strategic decisions effectively. You possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to break down complex problems and execute structured solutions. You are excited about using the latest AI tooling to increase efficiency across all functions and have experience collaborating closely with technical teams and products.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design and implement scalable processes across go-to-market, customer success, finance, and core operations. You will create compelling materials for strategic presentations and external partnerships, ensuring that Factory's initiatives are well-supported and communicated. Building and owning financial models and business metrics will be central to your responsibilities, as you inform strategic decisions that shape the company's trajectory. You will lead cross-functional projects across customer success, partnerships, and community-building, driving measurable value and adoption. Additionally, you will build dashboards and reporting systems to facilitate data-informed decisions across the business, partnering closely with leadership and technical teams to ensure operational excellence as Factory scales.
