Who you are
You have a proven track record in demand generation, with a focus on creating and executing high-impact campaigns that resonate with key personas such as CISOs, CIOs, and SOC leaders. Your analytical mindset allows you to interpret conversion rates, MQLs, and other metrics to drive results and optimize strategies. You understand the importance of collaboration with sales teams to break into target accounts and accelerate deals, ensuring that marketing efforts translate into measurable pipeline growth.
You are passionate about reaching people in the right way and at the right time, recognizing that behind every number is a potential customer. Your experience in multi-channel marketing campaigns has equipped you with the skills to creatively engage audiences and drive new customer acquisition. You thrive in environments that value transparency, experimentation, and collaboration, and you are eager to leverage resources to innovate in your approach to demand generation.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the campaign strategy for Expel's revenue team, designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that create and capture demand. You will work closely with sales to ensure alignment on target accounts and pipeline goals, using your expertise to craft compelling messaging and content that resonates with key decision-makers. Your responsibilities will include analyzing campaign performance metrics to continuously optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.
