You have a strong background in demand generation and a proven track record of driving high-quality leads. You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively partner with cross-functional teams, including Growth and Sales, to turn demand into pipeline and revenue. Your ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous projects is a key asset, allowing you to identify growth opportunities and execute on them successfully.
What you'll do
As the Demand Generation Manager, you will own and scale key top-of-funnel demand generation programs. Your primary responsibility will be to drive high-quality leads and improve conversion rates across the funnel. You will work closely with the Growth and Sales teams to ensure that the demand generated translates into a robust pipeline and revenue.
You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, bringing structure to projects that may initially seem ambiguous. Your strategic mindset will help you identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, ensuring that Wealthsimple continues to expand its reach and impact in the fintech space.
