Twelve Labs is hiring a Senior Demand Generation Manager to build and scale the pipeline for their enterprise business. You'll own the strategy and execution of programs that generate qualified opportunities across various target verticals. This position requires experience in demand generation and a strong understanding of technical infrastructure or APIs.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in demand generation, with at least 5 years of experience in building and executing successful marketing strategies that drive qualified leads. Your background includes working closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals, ensuring that the pipeline is consistently filled with high-quality opportunities. You understand the nuances of the Media & Entertainment, Advertising, Government & Security sectors, and you can tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each vertical.

You are data-driven and analytical, using metrics to inform your decisions and optimize campaigns for maximum impact. Your experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems allows you to streamline processes and improve efficiency. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to create cohesive marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are comfortable presenting to executives and have a knack for storytelling that engages and inspires your audience. Your passion for technology and innovation drives you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, ensuring that your strategies are always cutting-edge.

Desirable

Experience in a startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in various industries. A background in technical marketing or experience selling technical infrastructure or APIs will set you apart from other candidates.

What you'll do

As the Senior Demand Generation Manager at Twelve Labs, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies that drive pipeline growth for our enterprise business. You will lead initiatives that generate qualified opportunities across our target verticals, ensuring that our marketing efforts align with sales objectives. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and customer insights to inform your strategies, allowing you to create targeted campaigns that resonate with potential clients.

You will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure that marketing and sales efforts are aligned, providing them with the tools and resources they need to convert leads into customers. This includes creating compelling content, managing lead nurturing campaigns, and optimizing the customer journey from awareness to conversion. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of your campaigns, using data to refine your approach and maximize ROI.

In addition to your strategic responsibilities, you will also play a key role in building and managing a high-performing demand generation team. You will mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of our demand generation efforts and ensuring that we meet our growth targets.
