Who you are
You have a strong background in vendor management and operational oversight, ideally with experience in service networks across diverse product categories such as furniture, appliances, and consumer electronics. You understand the importance of quality management and have a proven track record of improving service delivery metrics.
You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with service partners and independent technicians. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess performance data and implement strategies that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives. Your ability to adapt to changing circumstances and manage multiple priorities will be key to your success in this role.
What you'll do
As the Vendor Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight of Extend's repair network, ensuring that service quality meets company standards. You will develop and implement processes to monitor and improve service partner performance, focusing on cycle times and cost efficiency.
You will collaborate with internal teams to align vendor capabilities with business needs, driving initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your role will involve regular communication with service partners to address any operational challenges and ensure a seamless service experience for customers.
You will analyze performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, implementing best practices that contribute to the overall success of the service network. Additionally, you will play a key role in expanding the service network by identifying and onboarding new service partners.
