Job Description

Who you are

You are a dedicated individual with a strong interest in quality assurance and testing methodologies. You have experience in developing comprehensive test assets, creating detailed, structured, and traceable test plans, test cases, and methods of procedure (MOPs) for production deployments. You are skilled in executing thorough testing cycles, performing regression, smoke, exploratory, and functional testing across both user-facing applications and backend services before every deployment. You maintain and expand automation coverage, executing, maintaining, and enhancing automated tests for frontend and backend systems, ensuring stable and scalable CI/CD pipelines. You contribute to strengthening CI/CD quality gates by optimizing automated test execution, reporting, and quality checks. You are adept at driving defect lifecycle management, collaborating with Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to identify, document, triage, and track defects through to resolution. You review project documentation, evaluating BRDs, TADs, and related materials to ensure quality standards are met.

What you'll do

As a QA Engineer at Ezra, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality of our software products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions that drive business success and meet our customer needs. You will significantly impact our projects and organizational growth by developing comprehensive test assets and executing thorough testing cycles. You will also maintain and expand automation coverage, contributing to continuous integration and deployment initiatives. Your role will involve driving defect lifecycle management and reviewing project documentation to ensure quality standards are upheld. You will be responsible for ensuring that our processes are robust, reliable, and secure, especially as we process approximately 21M loan requests and 1.4 TB of data across our markets.
