Who you are

You have 3+ years of QA experience in fast-paced environments, ideally shipping to production regularly. Your strong experience in writing and evaluating test cases allows you to ensure that software meets high-quality standards. You thrive in collaborative settings, balancing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

You are familiar with Continuous Delivery (CD) practices and have a solid understanding of manual testing across both web and mobile platforms. Your ability to evaluate acceptance criteria (AC) completeness and clarity helps you contribute to the improvement of testing processes. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering exceptional user experiences.

What you'll do

As a QA Engineer at Keeper, you will collaborate closely with a team of 4 QA Engineers to ship software via Continuous Delivery (CD). You will perform manual testing across both web and mobile platforms, ensuring that the user experience is of the highest quality. Your role will involve evaluating acceptance criteria (AC) completeness and clarity, and you will be responsible for writing test cases and managing testing efforts using tools like BrowserStack Test Management or similar.

You will balance multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, contributing to the overall success of the product. Your insights and evaluations will help the team catch hard-to-find errors and improve the tool that supports thousands of bookkeepers and accountants across the US.
