You are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of data accuracy and reconciliation processes. Your experience includes working with finance teams to automate reporting workflows and develop key financial metrics and dashboards. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating the complexities of a high-growth fintech startup.

What you'll do

As a Senior Analytics Engineer at Kikoff, you will build and maintain data pipelines that power finance reporting, ensuring that raw data is transformed into well-documented datasets. You will design and automate financial reporting workflows, replacing manual processes with scalable, self-service solutions for various teams including accounting and FP&A. Your role will involve collaborating with finance and engineering teams to maintain data accuracy across systems and drive data reconciliation efforts between internal systems and external vendors.

You will develop and maintain key financial metrics and dashboards that provide ongoing visibility into product and business performance. Additionally, you will support capital markets efforts by building reliable processes for loan tape generation and lender reporting requirements. Your insights will help optimize financial strategies and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
