What you'll do
As a Senior Engineering Manager at Faire, you will lead the Retailer Growth business unit, overseeing core growth strategies from top of funnel to onboarding. You will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to deliver high-quality growth features. You will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define the roadmap and prioritize initiatives that drive user acquisition and retention. Your role will involve mentoring team members, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will also be involved in technical decision-making, ensuring that the engineering practices align with the company's goals and standards. You will work on deploying features multiple times per day and will be responsible for monitoring their performance and impact on user engagement.
