What you'll do

In this role, you'll lead the Personalization Platform team within the Growth Engineering organization — your primary focus will be on building, scaling, and maintaining Zapier's personalization infrastructure. You'll work closely with Data, Product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that the platform is robust and scalable. Your responsibilities will include driving user activation and retention through personalized recommendations, enhancing user engagement, and enabling data-driven product experiences. You'll oversee high-impact projects that contribute to the company's growth and success.
