Faire is hiring a Corporate Finance Lead to serve as the finance business partner to the People organization. You'll drive operational excellence across people-related financial processes and support broader corporate finance reporting and planning.

You have a strong background in corporate finance, ideally with experience in headcount planning and financial processes. You understand the importance of aligning financial strategies with business objectives and have a proven track record of driving operational excellence. You are resourceful and passionate about supporting independent businesses, and you believe in the power of community.
You possess excellent analytical skills and can translate complex financial data into actionable insights. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively collaborate with various teams across the organization. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering results.
Desirable
Experience in a tech-driven environment is a plus, as is familiarity with machine learning and data analytics. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and have a knack for developing innovative solutions to financial challenges.
What you'll do
As the Corporate Finance Lead, you will partner closely with the People organization to design and implement headcount planning tools and policies. Your role will involve driving operational excellence across people-related financial processes, ensuring that the organization can effectively manage its workforce and resources. You will also support broader corporate finance reporting and planning, helping to maximize Faire's long-term value.
