What you'll do

As the Corporate Finance Lead, you will partner closely with the People organization to design and implement headcount planning tools and policies. Your role will involve driving operational excellence across people-related financial processes, ensuring that the organization can effectively manage its workforce and resources. You will also support broader corporate finance reporting and planning, helping to maximize Faire's long-term value.

You will be responsible for translating business strategies into well-defined financial plans, reporting, and analysis that support decision-making. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that financial insights are integrated into business operations, enabling Faire to achieve its goals.
