What you'll do

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Fairmarkit, you will embed directly with our most strategic customers in Dubai, working side-by-side to understand their business needs and design tailored solutions. You will configure our platform to ensure successful deployments, acting as the technical liaison between our internal teams and the customer. Your role will involve analyzing customer environments, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness in their procurement processes.

You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into our platform development. Your insights will help shape the future of our solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will also be responsible for training and supporting customers post-deployment, ensuring they are equipped to leverage our platform to its fullest potential.
