What you'll do

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Handshake, you will engage directly with leading AI labs to identify their most pressing technical challenges. You will design and deploy solutions that enhance their workflows and improve model performance. Your role will involve working across the technology stack, ensuring that you can deliver effective solutions quickly. You will iterate on your designs based on customer feedback, making adjustments to meet their evolving needs. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend deep engineering work with direct customer engagement, allowing you to influence both the 'what' and the 'how' of critical deployments.
