Farfetch is seeking an Interim People Business Partner to support their Commercial & Browns Fashion business. You'll work closely with senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and talent development. This role requires strategic thinking and a hands-on approach.

Who you are
You have experience in people operations, ideally within a fast-paced environment, and understand the importance of fostering a high-performance culture. Your strategic thinking is complemented by a hands-on approach, allowing you to leverage data and insights effectively to support business growth. You excel in influencing senior stakeholders and shaping business-critical initiatives, ensuring operational excellence across global teams. You are passionate about creating a positive and inclusive workplace environment, and you thrive in collaborative settings where you can share ideas and drive impactful people initiatives.
Desirable
Experience in the luxury fashion industry or a similar sector would be a plus, as would familiarity with talent development strategies and organizational effectiveness frameworks. You are comfortable working with regional teams and have a knack for building strong relationships with various stakeholders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with the Commercial & Browns Fashion business to drive organizational effectiveness and talent development initiatives. You will work alongside other People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Partners to support the wider business unit. Your role will involve close collaboration with regional PBPs and senior functional leaders to develop impactful people initiatives that align with business goals. You will influence senior stakeholders and shape initiatives that enhance the employee journey from recruitment to career development. Your focus will be on fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring that operational excellence is maintained across global teams. You will also play a key role in managing workspace dynamics and creating an inclusive environment that supports collaboration and innovation.
