What you'll do

As a People Business Partner at Postman, you will partner with leaders across the EMEA region to drive organizational effectiveness and culture scaling. You will work closely with the GTM teams to develop and implement people strategies that support their goals and enhance team performance. Your role will involve coaching leaders on best practices in talent management, performance development, and employee engagement.

You will analyze people data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights that inform decision-making at the leadership level. Collaborating with the broader People team, you will contribute to initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. You will also play a key role in leadership development programs, ensuring that leaders have the tools and resources they need to succeed.
