Farfetch is hiring a Production Planner to fine-tune production plans and meet service level agreements. You'll ensure efficient delivery aligned with seasonal priorities. This role is based in Guimarães, Portugal.

You have experience in production planning and a strong understanding of operational flows — you know how to create and manage production plans effectively to meet service level agreements. You are detail-oriented and committed to optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and capacity utilization.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify areas for optimization in planning processes and lead times, ensuring that production runs smoothly and meets seasonal demands.
What you'll do
In this role, you will report to the Production Planning Senior Manager and play a pivotal role in the elaboration of the physical production plan. You will ensure that the execution follows the correct operational flow and aligns with the installed capacity, enabling on-time and efficient delivery. Your contributions will directly impact the overall production efficiency and customer satisfaction.
You will actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with various teams to optimize planning processes and capacity utilization. Your insights will help streamline operations and enhance the overall effectiveness of the production planning function.
