What you'll do
As a Production Planning Analyst at Amazon, you will play a key role in ensuring that Fulfillment Centers and Delivery Stations operate with robust and scalable labor plans. You will partner closely with various stakeholders to influence network-level strategic planning decisions. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining accurate hourly staffing plans and shift structures, ensuring that operational needs are met efficiently.
You will support input forecasting using trend analysis and statistical modeling, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your role will involve owning production planning, cost optimization, and service optimization for the SEU region, ensuring that the best results are achieved for customers. You will leverage your analytical skills to recommend optimal staffing plans and shift structures, contributing to the overall success of the Production Planning Team.
