Fender is seeking a Production Collaborator to join their team in Ensenada, Mexico. You'll perform various manual and mechanical operations to adjust, assemble, and set up guitars or amplifiers. No prior experience is required, but familiarity with tools and physical work is preferred.

What you'll do
As a Production Collaborator at Fender, you will be responsible for a variety of manual and mechanical operations, including adjusting, assembling, and setting up guitars and amplifiers. You will execute repairs and conduct inspections before final acceptance, ensuring that each instrument meets Fender's high-quality standards. Your role will involve working on specific operations listed in the current operations catalog, and you will be expected to achieve standard cycle times for tasks such as sanding, polishing, painting, or assembling guitars and amplifiers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols, and collaborating with your team to meet production goals.
