You are proactive in identifying potential issues and are committed to providing exceptional support to clients.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with AI-first organizations to help them implement responsible AI practices — you will work closely with engineering teams to monitor and evaluate AI applications, ensuring they operate transparently and securely. You will be responsible for understanding client needs and translating them into actionable insights for the engineering team. You will also conduct training sessions for clients to help them utilize Fiddler AI's platform effectively. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in AI solutions. You will play a key role in building long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported and confident in their use of AI technologies.
