What you'll do

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at HackerRank, you will lead customer-facing engagements, including discovery sessions, pilots, and demos. You will act as the primary technical voice in front of prospects and customers, ensuring that their needs are met with practical, goal-driven solutions. You will partner onsite with customers, engineers, recruiters, and business leaders to uncover developer needs and keep customer projects on track through disciplined execution and proactive updates. You will utilize the right tools, including AI when useful, to deliver faster, more reliable outcomes that enhance HackerRank’s customer experience. Collaboration with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams will be essential to ensure alignment and success in customer engagements.
