You have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with at least 7+ years of experience in a leadership role. You possess a strategic mindset and are operationally minded, capable of executing financial strategies that align with business goals. What you'll do
As the Senior Director of FP&A, you will lead the financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions at Fieldguide. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's growth objectives. Your role will involve overseeing budgeting processes, forecasting, and financial modeling to ensure the organization meets its financial targets.
You will also be responsible for analyzing financial performance and providing insights that drive decision-making. Collaborating with various departments, you will ensure that financial practices align with operational goals and that resources are allocated efficiently. Your leadership will help foster a culture of accountability and transparency within the finance team.
