What you'll do
As the Senior Director of FP&A at JFrog, you will report directly to the VP of FP&A and serve as the main business partner to the go-to-market executives. Your responsibilities will include driving capacity planning, conducting go-to-market analysis, and overseeing the development of forecasts and budgets for all GTM organizations. You will lead and develop a global team of FP&A analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining streamlined processes that enhance the efficiency of financial planning activities. Implementing a new FP&A planning system will be a critical part of your role, ensuring that the organization can adapt to changing market conditions and business needs. Your strategic insights will guide the financial direction of JFrog, helping to shape the company's growth and success.
