What you'll do
In this role, you will develop a strategic roadmap for evaluating and adopting AI features within Figma's internal systems — you will lead initiatives that integrate AI capabilities into existing workflows, ensuring they align with business objectives. You will architect the internal AI fabric, including a Model Control Plane that orchestrates multiple models and tools, providing a centralized experience for employees.
You will partner with stakeholders across various departments to ensure that AI integrations are secure and valuable — your role will involve assessing the impact of these technologies on business processes and making recommendations for improvements. You will also design intuitive user interfaces that facilitate employee interaction with AI capabilities, enhancing overall productivity and collaboration.
