What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise-scale architecture strategy for Business Systems at Affirm. You will lead the design and implementation of solutions that connect various platforms, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient. Your work will directly impact the Revenue, Finance, and Product organizations, enabling them to make informed, data-driven decisions.

You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. Your leadership will guide the team in building an ecosystem that supports Affirm's explosive growth, ensuring that all systems are integrated and functioning optimally. You will also be responsible for establishing best practices and architectural standards that promote efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

As a key member of the Business Systems organization, you will mentor and support other team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
