You'll work closely with deal teams and engineering organizations to ensure successful integration of acquisitions. This role requires deep integration experience in high-growth technology companies.
Job Description
Who you are
You have extensive experience in corporate development and integration, ideally within high-growth technology companies. Your structured approach allows you to navigate the complexities that arise after a deal is signed, ensuring that strategic intents are turned into operational realities. You thrive in cross-functional environments, working seamlessly with deal teams, product, and engineering organizations. Your ability to operate in ambiguous and fast-moving situations is a key asset, as is your passion for ensuring that acquisitions deliver on their intended value.
You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively liaise with executive leadership and various teams involved in the integration process. Your hands-on experience in defining and scaling integration playbooks is complemented by your ability to build repeatable processes for both technical and organizational integration. You are energized by the challenge of ensuring that each acquisition aligns with the company's strategic goals and delivers measurable outcomes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the critical post-signing phase of M&A activity, leading efforts from confirmatory diligence through integration planning to full operational follow-through. You will serve as the connective tissue between deal teams and the acquired teams, ensuring that acquisitions are executed smoothly and effectively. Your responsibilities will include defining and scaling the integration playbook, building repeatable processes for integration, and working directly with executive leadership to ensure that each deal realizes its intended value.
You will be responsible for developing strategies that facilitate the integration of acquired teams into the existing organizational structure, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process. Your role will require you to monitor the progress of integration efforts, identify potential challenges, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of collaboration and communication between teams, helping to bridge any gaps that may arise during the integration process.
