Who you are
You have a strong background in demand generation and marketing, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. You understand how to create and manage multi-channel campaigns that drive customer acquisition and engagement. Your ability to communicate effectively across teams and markets is key to your success in this role. You are passionate about using data to inform your strategies and are comfortable working with various marketing tools and platforms. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple high-impact projects simultaneously. You have a knack for localizing global marketing motions to fit regional needs, ensuring that messaging resonates with different personas.
What you'll do
As a Demand Generation Manager at Figma, you will be responsible for managing bottom-funnel customer acquisition across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB segments. You will report to the JAPAC Marketing Director and collaborate closely with Global-based Demand Generation and Regional Marketing teams. Your role will involve crafting, building, and operating multi-channel campaigns that convert into form-fills, MQLs/MQAs, and pipeline. You will work with Brand/Social, Paid Media, Marketing Ops, and Regional Sales teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of campaigns. Your ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects will be crucial as you develop localized strategies that support product-led sales motions. You will also analyze campaign performance and iterate on strategies to optimize results.
