You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to contribute technically when needed, demonstrating your commitment to the team's success.
What you'll do
As the Manager of Software Engineering, you will lead the Design Systems Management team at Figma, focusing on enhancing the usability and accessibility of design systems for users. You will manage and support a team of experienced engineers, driving the adoption of design systems across Figma’s product suite. Your role will involve collaborating with product and design leadership to define the strategy and priorities for the team, ensuring alignment with Figma's overall mission.
You will be responsible for setting the roadmap for the team, identifying key initiatives that will enhance the design systems experience for users.
