You have a proven track record in go-to-market strategy, with experience in developing sales growth plans that include revenue targets and segmentation strategies. Your analytical skills allow you to own and rebuild pipeline models, ensuring predictable business growth. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales leaders, marketing, and partnerships to drive success. You are adaptable and can reimagine GTM models to keep pace with evolving product portfolios and sales motions. Your experience includes leading special projects that identify effective scaling strategies to exceed annual recurring revenue goals. You understand the importance of a unified approach to market and can effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the development of Figma's sales growth plan, determining revenue targets and formulating headcount and segmentation plans. You will work closely with sales leaders and marketing teams to refine quota and incentive models for the GTM teams. Your responsibilities will include owning and rebuilding the pipeline model, collaborating with various departments to drive predictable growth. You will also lead the thinking on short and long-range special projects, identifying effective strategies to scale the business and exceed ARR goals. Your role will require you to ensure a unified approach to market, working closely with GTM teams to align efforts and maximize impact.
