You have a background in marketing operations with a focus on strategy and execution — you've successfully managed product launches and understand the importance of cohesive brand storytelling across various channels. Your experience includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging. You thrive in environments where creativity meets strategy, and you are passionate about making design accessible to all. You possess strong organizational skills and can build scalable processes that enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced tech environment is a plus — familiarity with design tools and platforms can help you connect with the team and understand the product better. You are comfortable using data to inform your strategies and decisions, and you have a knack for identifying opportunities for improvement in marketing processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating product and brand launches, ensuring that every moment feels intentional and impactful. You will work closely with the Chief Communications Officer and other MarCom functions to create a unified approach to storytelling. Your tasks will include developing playbooks for launch processes, coordinating with Product Marketing to align strategies, and building scalable systems that support the growth of Figma's product suite. You will also help to foster a collaborative environment where creativity and strategic thinking can flourish.
