What you'll do
In this role, you will own and lead the global real estate portfolio from strategy and site selection to lease negotiations, renewals, expansions, and exits. You will ensure alignment with Figma's mission to make design accessible to all. Your responsibilities will include managing buildouts and move-ins, ensuring that the spaces we create support how our teams work today and how we’ll grow tomorrow. You will partner across teams to make real estate decisions feel intentional and predictable. You will operate behind the scenes to orchestrate complex projects and ensure that our real estate function scales effectively as the company grows. You will be responsible for managing ongoing operations and ensuring that our facilities meet the needs of our teams. Your role will be crucial in shaping the future of Figma's work environment.
