What you'll do

As a Software Engineer on the Build Systems team, you will drive the technical roadmap and strategy, ensuring that Figma's build and CI infrastructure is efficient and effective. Leading complex, multi-quarter initiatives, you will focus on reducing build and test times, ultimately accelerating engineering velocity.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure that the solutions you develop align with Figma's goals and user needs.
