What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate with engineers across the company to architect, implement, and scale the tools and frameworks that Notion developers use to build Notion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the developer experience is seamless and efficient, enabling your colleagues to focus on delivering high-quality features. You will be responsible for identifying pain points in the current development process and proposing solutions that enhance productivity and collaboration.

The estimated base salary range for this role is $230,000 - $330,000 per year, reflecting the importance of this position within the company.
