What you'll do

In this role, you will conduct daily walkthroughs of the office to ensure that it meets the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. You will own day-to-day workplace operations, identifying and implementing improvements that enhance efficiency and the employee experience. Managing the workplace ticketing system will be a key responsibility, ensuring that requests are addressed in a timely manner. You will also support vendor partnerships and assist in organizing on-site events that bring Figma's culture to life. Collaborating closely with teams across Workplace, People, Security, and IT, you will play a critical role in maintaining operational excellence within the office.
