You are a highly organized and service-oriented individual with a knack for managing office environments. Your strong time management skills allow you to balance hands-on tasks with systems-based work, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. You are comfortable using tools like Jira and Slack to manage requests and communicate effectively with team members. Attention to detail is your forte, and you take pride in maintaining a clean and organized workspace that reflects the company's standards.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, where you can interact with employees, contractors, and vendors alike. Your proactive communication style ensures that requests are handled with care and urgency, making you a vital part of the team. You understand the importance of creating a positive office experience and are committed to enhancing the daily operations of the workplace.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee daily office operations, ensuring that all shared spaces are open, maintained, and ready for use throughout the day. You will monitor office functionality, including supplies and equipment, and restock kitchen and office supplies as needed. Your responsibilities will include receiving, processing, and distributing mail and packages, as well as directing visitors and vendors to the appropriate contacts.

You will regularly review Jira and Slack to identify new workplace requests and updates, ensuring that all tasks are logged and tracked efficiently. Your role will require you to maintain accurate inventory tracking and ensure that all spaces are clean and organized for the following workday. You will be the connective tissue between people, space, and operations, making sure that the office environment reflects Rho's standards and supports the needs of its community.

This is a 6-month contract role at 40 hours per week, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position.
