What you'll do

As an IT Generalist at Instawork, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining a broad array of enterprise systems and technologies. You will report directly to the Head of IT and Security, collaborating closely with team members to support technology solutions that enhance business processes and workflows. Your responsibilities will include interfacing with vendors and consultants to implement effective IT solutions, ensuring that systems are secure and functioning optimally.

You will be involved in identifying and developing solutions that impact business processes, working both internally with your team and externally with partners. Your role will require you to be in the office five days a week, fostering collaboration and communication with your colleagues to drive success in your projects.
