You have experience in prototyping and storytelling, allowing you to effectively communicate your design ideas and concepts. Desirable

Experience with design systems and scaling design processes is a plus. Familiarity with AI tools and their application in design can set you apart. You are open to feedback and enjoy iterating on your designs based on user insights and team input.

What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and iterate on Figma's product suite, including FigJam, Figma Slides, and Figma Sites. You will be responsible for creating prototypes and design solutions that enhance user experience and streamline workflows. Your work will involve translating complex ideas into intuitive designs that resonate with users.

You will engage in user research to gather insights and understand user needs, which will inform your design decisions. You will push the product forward by working closely with engineers and product managers, ensuring that your designs are feasible and aligned with the overall product vision. You will also help invent new ways for people to express ideas and collaborate effectively.
