What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and motivate a team of Solutions Architects across the DACH and Southern EMEA regions. You will participate in customer and prospect meetings, showcasing Figma's platform and its capabilities to influential enterprises. Your leadership will be crucial in scaling the Solutions Consulting function, ensuring that your team is equipped to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs. You will collaborate with various teams to develop consultative strategies that drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

You will also be responsible for shaping the vision of what’s technically possible with Figma’s platform, ensuring that your team is aligned with the company's mission to make design accessible to all. Your role will involve mentoring team members, providing guidance on best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. As Figma continues to innovate, you will play a key role in adapting the Solutions Consulting function to meet evolving market demands.
