What you'll do

As the Manager of Solutions Consulting at Figma, you will lead a team dedicated to supporting Southern EMEA Strategic, Enterprise, and Mid-Market accounts. Your role will involve crafting consultative strategies that unlock customer value and drive revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Experience, and Support teams to ensure that solutions are aligned with customer needs and business objectives. You will participate in customer meetings, providing insights and guidance that demonstrate the technical possibilities of Figma's platform. Your leadership will be crucial in scaling the Solutions Consulting function, contributing to the evolution of Figma's enterprise go-to-market strategy.
