What you'll do

As the Manager of Solutions Consulting, you will lead and motivate a diverse team of Solutions Consultants across the AMER region. You will participate in customer engagements, helping to align Figma's solutions with the needs of enterprise and strategic accounts. Your role will involve developing consultative strategies that unlock customer value and accelerate growth. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that Figma's platform is effectively communicated and utilized by clients. Additionally, you will play a critical role in scaling the Solutions Consulting function and contributing to the evolution of Figma's enterprise go-to-market motion.
