What you'll do

In this role, you will define and carry the long-term technical vision of the OpenAEV platform alongside the CTO. You will set architecture standards and ensure technical coherence across all teams, arbitrating key technical decisions with a focus on scalability, resilience, and maintainability. Your responsibilities will include prototyping and validating next iterations to drive innovation and support growth. You will mentor and guide staff engineers, ensuring alignment and consistency across engineering initiatives.

You will represent the engineering vision across teams and functions, collaborating with product managers, operations, and business leadership. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of the cybersecurity ecosystem, as you help build innovative open-source solutions that anticipate cyber threats and identify security gaps. You will be instrumental in balancing delivery with technical excellence, challenging roadmaps to keep the right pace between features, debt, and innovation.
