Filmhub is hiring a Content Operations Technician to ensure high-quality video assets and support filmmakers. You'll manage video ingest QC and assist users with their concerns. This role is contract-based and fully remote.

What you'll do
As a Content Operations Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control of video assets, ensuring they meet the rigorous standards set by Filmhub. You will manage the cloud-based processing and delivery of these assets to various video streaming platforms. Your role will involve responding to user questions and concerns, proactively solving issues to enhance the filmmaker experience. You will work closely with the team to maintain high-quality standards and support the overall mission of Filmhub.
What we offer
This contract position offers an incentive-based salary with target earnings between $25 and $30 per hour.
