What you'll do

In this role, you will define and document copy and tone guidance within Discord's Design System, ensuring consistency across all platforms. You will collaborate with Brand, Legal, and Policy teams to ensure that product language aligns with company standards and values. Your work will involve building an AI-powered tool that enables teams to write their own copy following established guidelines, thereby scaling your impact across the organization.

You will also be responsible for developing tools that catch non-compliant copy in code, ensuring that all content adheres to the established standards before it is shipped. Your contributions will strengthen user trust and reduce product risk, making a significant impact on the overall user experience on Discord.
